On successful graduation within the stipulated period, college will ensure that the student is provided at least one Job offer. Student will receive a job offer from Yalamanchili or its partner organizations subject to the individual’s performance meeting the minimum requirements as given below and as laid out at the time of joining the college specified by the college.

  • Student to have a Minimum of an average of 90% attendance in the college across all subjects in all the years including any special training that is being conducted.
  • For any industry oriented training that is conducted which is over and above the university curriculum, the student should have scored a minimum of 85% in the Training Program as per the assessment criteria defined by the college.
  • Rules and regulations of the college –  Dress Code, College Timings, Disciplinary standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Job Offer to the student is only valid subject to the student not having any subject arrears to be cleared and has successfully completed the degree.

When the student does not accept the Job Offer within the stipulated period for any reason, the offer will no longer be valid and will cease to exist. In such cases, college does not have any further responsibility of finding another job for the student. 

Once the Job Offer is accepted by the student, the rules and regulations of the organization providing the employment will apply. The functional role of the student and the project they are assigned to will be solely at the discretion of the organization providing the employment.
